Cuvée Caroline - 2015



    50% Semillon - 50% Sauvignon Blanc


    Harvested by hand, cold maceration on the skins, cold pre-fermentary stabilization for 3 weeks.


    Fermentation and ageing on the fine lees in French oak barrels (50% new) for 9 months, the lees regularly stirred.


    Ready to drink now, serve between 8°and 10°.
