    50% Merlot - 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

     

    This is our confidential cuvée from our best vineyard plots. It is a hommage to Henri Leveque, the founder of Château de Chantegrive.

     

    Cold pre-fermentation followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

     

    Malo-lactic fermentation in 100% new oak. Barrel ageing for 15 months.

     

    Ready to enjoy now. Decant and serve at 17° or 18°.
